VIROMS is a product of WebBalances Solutions, a Malaysian software company on a mission to help businesses work smarter. We started as a visitor and room management system for offices — and grew into a full visitor, client, and booking management platform that serves any industry.
From hair salons and clinics to corporate offices, schools, and sports centres — organisations across Malaysia were still using paper sign-in books and shared spreadsheets for appointments. We built VIROMS to replace all of that with a single, beautiful, AI-powered platform.
