Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating a VIROMS account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use VIROMS.
2. The service
VIROMS provides visitor management and room & desk booking software as a service. WebBalances Solutions reserves the right to modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
- Obtaining consent from visitors before collecting their personal data
4. Subscription & billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
5. Free trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to their chosen plan. No credit card is required to start a trial. Trials do not automatically convert to paid subscriptions — you must enter payment details to continue after the trial.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use VIROMS to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Collect visitor data without proper legal basis and consent
- Attempt to access other tenants' data
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebBalances Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of VIROMS. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
