- Visitor data: Check-in records, names, photos, and signatures collected by your organisation.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and performance metrics.
- Device data: IP address, browser type, and operating system.

We use your data to:
- Provide and improve the VIROMS service
- Process payments via Stripe
- Send transactional emails (booking confirmations, visitor notifications)
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

4. Data isolation
VIROMS is a multi-tenant platform. Each organisation's data is strictly isolated using row-level security. No tenant can access another tenant's data.
5. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Neon — database hosting
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Vercel — application hosting
6. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account cancellation, data is retained for 30 days to allow export, then permanently deleted.
